Golden Milk Recipe

Enjoy some warm and healthy Golden Milk!

This is a nice alternative to coffee and you can adjust the ingredients for any diet sensitivities.

Ingredients - Makes 2 small cups

2 Cups Almond Milk (unsweetened)

2 tsp Coconut Oil

2 tsp Turmeric

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Ground Ginger

2 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)

Note: you can add tiny amount of ground black pepper if it agrees with you.

Organic ingredients preferred when possible.


Instructions

  1. Blend 2 Cups of Almond Milk (unsweetened), 2 tsp Coconut Oil, 2 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger, 2 tsp Honey (optional).

  2. Pour into small pot and heat without bringing to a boil.

  3. Pour into mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon. We kind of over did it in the video :)

Can last up to 5 days in the fridge (before heating) if you would like to prep some in advance.
